1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if the item you received is defective, damaged, or not as described. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and the return request must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including products that have been used or damaged due to reasons not related to our error. Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories may also be rejected. Additionally, clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at h.acommerceoff@gmail.com with your order details. If the item is damaged or defective, you may be required to provide photos or videos for verification. Once your request is reviewed and approved by our team, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

5. Exchange Policy
We offer replacements only in cases where the item received is defective or incorrect. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product to be considered.

6. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other return reasons, the customer may be responsible for the shipping fees.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, we recommend first checking your bank account and contacting your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, please reach out to us for further assistance.
